Orange Kamikaze Pilot Farm

The Kamikaze line consists of a range of experimental wines, so that we can test different winemaking techniques and/or grape varieties worked in an unconventional way. The Kamikaze Pilot Wine Orange, but little… is a white wine made from the Fernão Pires and Síria grape varieties, produced as before, that is, with complete fermentation. The wine is orange in colour, but little…, due to the long contact with the skins and has a strong flavour, due to the large presence of tannins, which is similar to a red wine.
