Description
Quinta Seara D'Ordens Branco Mater 2023 is a Douro white that stands out for its freshness and balance. It's part of Quinta Seara D'Ordens's "Mater" range, focused on expressing the typicity of the region's white grapes.
MATER (Latin, feminine noun): The nobility of Viosinho, Gouveio Real and Arinto, combined with the soil and microclimate of the high-altitude Douro, gave this wine its unique personality and character.
Fermented in stainless steel and aged with bâtonnage on fine lees. Best served at 8–10ºC.
A fruity, intense nose with elegant, fresh floral notes. The palate is smooth and delicate, with a fresh, persistent finish.
An intense, ripe wine specific to the Douro "terroir"; it should age well in bottle for about 6 to 10 years after bottling.
