Raventós I Blanc Cava de Nit Rosado

The very light salmon/onion skin colored 2020 De Nit is a blend of 44% Xarel.lo, 39% Macabeo, 12% Parellada and 5% Monastrell, which is closer to a white. It presents energy, good maturation and some natural concentration from the vintage, with weight and influence maintaining balance and freshness, and some very small bubbles after no less than 18 months in a bottle on the lees. All wines are very expressive; They have bubbles that give texture and lift the wine. It's serious, dry, but adjusted to different levels depending on the year, a little more complex than Blanc de Blancs. They produce a good amount of this: 200 thousand bottles and some other larger and smaller formats.
