Singular Branco 2024 is a prestigious Vinho Verde DOC made by AD Wines at Quinta de Santa Teresa, in the Baião sub-region. It stands out for being made mainly from organically farmed old vines, carefully selected by the winemaker for a harmonious blend where no single grape dominates.
In making the final blend, special care went into combining the different grapes to balance them, so that none stands out. The result is complex and full-bodied, with a pleasant, long finish.
Sensory Profile
With an elegant, complex nose, it shows white flowers, lychee and citrus fruit, joined by subtle notes of smoke and white pepper adding depth and character.
On the palate it has excellent volume and depth, with a velvety texture and a clearly multi-dimensional profile. Very well-integrated acidity brings balance and freshness, while a saline component adds tension and persistence. The finish is long, smooth and enveloping, extending the aromatic sensations.
