Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Nature is an “outside the box” sparkling wine, inspired by the ancestral method of producing sparkling wines and with a special contribution of innovation. This wine is based on the Soalheiro Nature wine, our Alvarinho without the addition of sulfites. Yeast Pearls were added to the base wine, which was then bottled with a special cork, with the Pearls remaining in the bottle until the wine was consumed. The Pearls, with a neutral flavor, provide a very delicate fizz and texture. These are very visible, especially when they accumulate in the last glass, and can even be tasted. Drinking our Brut Nature Sparkling Wine is a unique experience that should be experienced with enthusiasm and curiosity.
