Soalheiro Terramatter Alvarinho 2023

Soalheiro Terramatter is a wine completely different from the other Soalheiro wines. It's both a return to our origins and a projection into the future. Made with minimal intervention in the vineyard and winery, Terramatter is the genuine expression of our territory. With intense colour, an expressive aroma and a complex palate, this wine shows a strong personality and a very distinctive profile, shaped by early harvesting and partial malolactic fermentation in chestnut barrels. We recommend gently shaking the bottle before serving to mix in the fine lees and enjoy a completely different drinking experience!

Evolution on the fine lees and its marked acidity make Terramatter a bold wine that demands food. We suggest enjoying it with oily fish, boiled shellfish, smoked meats, lamb, turkey or roast vegetables. It goes very well with dishes with cream or mushroom sauces. Its flavour and texture pair beautifully with Asian cuisine.
