Susana Esteban Vinyle 2021

Vinyle 2021 is made with grapes from a century-old vineyard located in Serra de São Mamede. It was vinified and aged in two 500-liter barrels previously used to vinify Sidecar 2020 with the renowned champagne producer Emmanuel Lassaigne, who previously used them to vinify the base wine of one of his best champagnes. The name Vinyle is a tribute to Emmanuel's great passion: music and vinyl records.

Tasting Note: Subtle and delicate nose is the result of the combination between the aroma of the Serra vineyards and the barrels filled with Champagne base wines, which gives it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth.

Vinification: Manual harvesting in 20kg boxes with rigorous selection at the entrance to the winery. Vinification in lagares and aging in French oak barrels for 3 years.
