Abadía San Campio 2025 is an excellent single-varietal white, made by the prestigious Bodegas Terras Gauda in the renowned Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin (DO), Galicia, Spain. Made entirely from Albariño, it stands out for its vibrant freshness, pronounced tropical profile and excellent varietal expression.

Tasting Note: Abadía San Campio 2025

Clear and bright, an elegant straw-yellow. On the nose it shows an intense, exuberant aromatic expression, marked by tropical notes of pineapple and ripe mango, complemented by citrus hints of lime and grapefruit, and delicate nuances of white fruit such as pear and apple.

On the palate it stands out for its excellent intensity and balance. Fresh, well-integrated acidity gives liveliness, while the structured body brings volume and persistence. The fruity profile carries through retronasally, ending long, fresh and harmonious.

Serving temperature: 7–10 ºC.

Food Pairing: Ideal with shellfish, oysters, clams and crab. Its freshness and aromatic expression also make it an excellent choice for Asian dishes.
