Vallegre Reserva White 2020/2021

Very old Cima Corgo vineyards planted on old terraces with North and South exposure and different altitudes and new Baixo Corgo vineyards planted on new terraces with North/East exposure.

Citrine yellow color. Aroma marked by mineral notes, combined with smoked wood and fresh fruit. Strong entry, especially the combination of freshness with notes of wood and minerals. Long and intense finish.

Excellent as an accompaniment to oven-baked fish dishes and white meats with butter and/or cream-based sauces. It goes very well with seafood, as well as various oriental cuisines. It should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C. To be consumed immediately or within the next 5 years.
