Description
La Grande Dame is Veuve Clicquot's prestige cuvée, a tribute to Madame Clicquot, the widow who ran the Reims house in the 19th century. The 2015 vintage is led by Pinot Noir, the house's signature grape.
In the glass it shows white and red fruit, floral notes and a hint of toast, with a broad, fresh and elegant palate.
Pair with fine fish, shellfish or white meat. Serve at 10–12 °C.
