Vineyard Peace Encruzado Reserve White 2022

The Encruzado grape variety reveals its full expression in this distinguished Dão wine. Created and vinified at Quinta da Vinha Paz, with granite soils and cool nights, these characteristics confer great freshness and minerality. It is partially aged in French oak barrels with a long and gentle bâtonnage. It has a very elegant and refined aroma, expressing notes of lime tree and orange blossom, combined with notes of fruits, white pulp and quince, with a slight tropical touch, combined with nuances of vanilla. In the mouth, the structure is well designed, with a refined balance between fresh acidity and elegant minerality. The finish is long and persistent. It should be served at 12°C, with fish dishes or in moments of good company.
