Vinification according to the traditional Port Wine method. After de-stemming and gentle crushing, alcoholic fermentation follows with skin maceration. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and is stopped by the addition of wine spirit. The entire winemaking process, which is monitored by the oenology team, takes into account the grape varieties, their degree of maturation and the desired sweetness.

This wine, with an average age of 4/5 years, results from the selected combination of white wines, which aged in oak casks and barrels.
