Wine profile
Description
Made by the traditional Port method. After gentle crushing with partial destemming, alcoholic fermentation follows with skin maceration. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and stopped by adding grape spirit. The whole winemaking process, overseen by the winemaking team, takes into account the grapes, their ripeness and the desired sweetness.
A blend of selected fruity, ruby-red wines aged in large oak vats, with an average age of 3–4 years.
