Elegance and depth define this great white from José Pariente. The result of meticulous zoning and soil selection, Las Fincas 2023 celebrates the ultimate expression of old-vine Verdejo.
Bright yellow with golden glints, it charms on the nose with its complexity: notes of spice, anise and eucalyptus intertwine with delicate smoky touches.
On the palate it's voluminous, unctuous and powerful, with vibrant acidity and refined minerality giving freshness and impressive persistence.
