Apasionado de José Pariente 2023 (50cl) is an organic sweet white from the prestigious D.O. Rueda in Spain, made by the renowned José Pariente winery. Made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, it breaks the mould of traditional dessert wines, offering unusual liveliness and freshness.

Appearance:

Pale yellow with greenish glints.

Nose:
It stands out for its unusual aromatics for a sweet wine: herbal and exotic-fruit notes coexist with freshly cut grass and a slight mineral touch.

Palate:
Velvety and very fine. It keeps Sauvignon Blanc's typical character, that fresh, clean elegance. A wine of great intensity, structured, persistent and round, with perfect harmony between acidity, alcohol and sugar.
