Finca La Medina 2023 is the pure and refined expression of the Verdejo grape variety, originating from an old sandy soil vineyard in Hornillos de Eresma. The result of years of detailed soil study and rigorous zoning work, this wine reveals an elegant and subtle interpretation of the variety.

On the nose, it presents delicate aromas of ripe white fruits, subtle citrus notes and a light floral touch, accompanied by mineral 'nuances' and suggestions of fine herbs, which reflect the uniqueness of its terroir.

On the palate, it is elegant and refined, with a creamy texture provided by aging on lees in ovoid concrete tanks. The vibrant acidity perfectly balances its complexity, revealing layers of flavors that evolve with each sip: pear, lime, fresh herbs and a persistent minerality. The finish is long, fresh and extremely harmonious.

A Verdejo that transcends typicality, showing the character of a unique vineyard and the subtlety of precise and respectful winemaking.
