Soalheiro Aguardente Bagaceira Velha is made by distilling the skins after pressing Alvarinho at Quinta de Soalheiro. Aguardente Bagaceira Velha is a spirit at its best served as a digestif at the end of a meal. It's wonderful with something sweet. We also recommend using it as an ingredient in desserts such as mousses, to enhance aroma and flavour.
