Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 16 months. Wine is not filtered or cold stabilized in order to respect all its elements.

Consumption: Red meat, game, and hearty dishes. Should be served at a temperature between 14º and 16º C. Wine with high aging potential, can be consumed over the next 6-8 years.

Deep purple color. Complex and distinct flavors, where the typical fruity and floral nature of the variety predominates, with some spicy notes from the wood binding. On the palate it shows balanced acidity, fruity nature, great structure with excellent tannins.
