Description
Serving: Red meat, game and hearty dishes. Should be served at 14–16 °C. A wine with high ageing potential that can be enjoyed over the next 6–8 years.
Deep, purple colour. Complex, distinctive flavours, where the typical fruity and floral nature of the variety predominates, with some spicy notes from the oak. On the palate it shows balanced acidity, fruitiness and great structure with excellent tannins.
