Oliveros Vermouth Crianza is a red vermouth made by Bodegas Oliveros in Condado de Huelva, Spain, from a base of wines from grapes such as Zalema and Pedro Ximénez. It stands out for its barrel ageing and maceration with a selection of aromatic herbs.

It's made from a sweet fortified wine to which infusions of around 30 aromatic herbs are added. Barrel "crianza" (ageing) gives it extra complexity and depth.
