A 700 ml bottle gives about 17 measures of 4 cl. Once opened, store it upright, tightly closed and away from light and heat: spirits keep well for months but slowly lose aroma once the bottle is half empty.

Description
Four Roses in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, is unique in the bourbon world: it works with two grain recipes and five yeast strains, creating ten different bourbons that are then combined. Small Batch blends four of those recipes and is bottled at 45%, in a smooth, fruity style with elegant spice.
Matured in new charred American oak and bottled at 45%, it shows red berries, caramel, vanilla and spice on the nose. The palate is silky, with cherry, honey, cinnamon and caramel. The finish is medium, with spice, oak and caramel.
Excellent neat, over a single ice cube or as the base of an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. It pairs with smoked ribs, burgers, pecan pie and caramel desserts.
