A 700 ml bottle gives about 17 measures of 4 cl. Once opened, store it upright, tightly closed and away from light and heat: spirits keep well for months but slowly lose aroma once the bottle is half empty.

Description
Jura 18 Year Old is one of the oldest expressions in the core range of the Isle of Jura distillery. After eighteen years in American bourbon casks, it is finished in top Bordeaux red wine barriques, which add dark fruit, fine tannins and a very particular elegance.
Matured for 18 years in bourbon casks and wine casks and bottled at 44%, it shows red berries, coffee, dark chocolate and cinnamon on the nose. The palate is rich and dense, with toffee, red berries, cocoa and spice. The finish is long, with coffee, dark chocolate and oak.
A generous, enveloping after-dinner whisky. Serve it neat in a nosing glass and add a drop of water to open the aromas. It pairs with dark chocolate, nuts, fruit cake and aged cheeses.
