Tasting Notes and Reviews
Nose: Citrus and white-fleshed fruit, with a light note of bread dough.
Palate: Well structured, fine, precise, with plenty of flavour, lightness and freshness. Fine bubbles and excellent acidity, giving a very refreshing, bone-dry finish.
Appearance: A very faint pinkish hue, typical of white wines from red grapes.
Experts' Opinion: Described as austere, with delicate fruit and no exuberance, but impressive for its finesse and complexity.
