It stands out for using only Tinto Cão, a traditional variety known for its high natural acidity and thick skins, which give this wine unusual freshness and a highly food-friendly profile. 

A bright, elegant salmon-pink colour, with fresh, delicate red-fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate it stands out for its freshness and elegance, with an enveloping texture and a moreish, persistent finish. Overall a complex, harmonious wine, very food-friendly, ideal for sophisticated yet light moments at the table.
