Blanc de Noirs created by Eric Rodez is a powerful and generous champagne, which completely expresses the ambonnay terroir.

This champagne is made from Pinot noir coming exclusively from the Ambonnay parcel classified as Grand Cru.

To make it, 7 different years: 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 were mixed, thus giving a rare complexity and depth to the wine.

The nose is expressive, with notes of dried fruits and candied fruits.

On the palate, a powerful wine is revealed, well made with great balance, in all its freshness and with a long finish.
