Description
A Champagne with body and soul, made from a marriage of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Pure, round and generous, the Crayères cuvée is made on average from about ten different wines across 4 to 5 vintages, with 20–25% of wines vinified in small oak barrels and 45–50% reserve wines bringing consistency.
A golden Champagne with fine golden glints. On the nose it shows floral and mineral notes which, with air, release red and white fruit. On the palate it's fresh and generous, playing on notes of spring wild berries.
