Champagne of the heart, this generous cuvée combines power, great vinosity and refinement. Fruit of the marriage of maceration cuvées for fullness and Chardonnay cuvées for elegance and freshness. On average, the blend is made from 50 to 55% reserve wines and 80% wines vinified in wood.
