Bottled in April 2020 with a dosage of three grams per litre, the latest release of the NV Brut Cuvée des Grands Vintages offers inviting aromas of pear, toasted almonds, dried white flowers, honeycomb, peach and nougat in the glass. Full-bodied, elegantly fleshy and enveloping, with ripe yet vibrant acids, a velvety mousse and a well-structured core, it's already quite expressive despite its recent disgorgement, but I suspect it will reveal even more depth and dimension with another year or two on cork.
