Description
Eric Rodez Rosé is an Ambonnay Grand Cru Champagne, known for its vinous structure and complexity, the result of artisanal winemaking methods that draw on Eric Rodez's experience at the prestigious house of Krug.
A Champagne from the heart, this generous cuvée combines power, great vinosity and refinement. It marries macerated cuvées for fullness with Chardonnay cuvées for elegance and freshness. On average, the blend is 50–55% reserve wines, with 80% of the wines vinified in wood.
